AlohaTechs.com offers PC repairs on any type of PC. We will perform a diagnostic of your system and then give you an estimate for repairs. Once this is completed you have the option to proceed with the repair or not.

Free 15-minute diagnostics are performed at our office.
Free 15-minute diagnostic is also offered over-the-phone.
If system cannot be diagnosed over the phone, and bringing it in is not an option, a service call must be scheduled.

At the time of you receiving your estimate for repair, you will also receive an estimated time frame for the job to be completed by. For jobs that require the ordering of parts from the Mainland US, it usually takes about 3 to 5 days to receive the parts, so this must also be factored in to the length of time to complete repairs.

Nearly any PC related issue AlohaTechs.com is prepared to handle. We have a strict "No-Fix, No Charge" policy which means that worse case scenario, we are not going to send you away with both a broken computer and a bill-in-hand. That is something that we do not feel is right. All repairs are guaranteed for 30-days. All new parts ordered through AlohaTechs.com carry the manufacturer's warranty (usually at least 1-year). Should a part you ordered from AlohaTechs fail and the part is under warranty, we will work with the manufacturer to get the part replaced. This time is billed as the same fee as Research Fee's.

When bringing in a Desktop PC for Repairs, Please bring just the tower, Original CD's (if you have) and then any other hardware to be installed or troubleshooted. Monitor, keyboard and Mouse you do not need to bring.
