AlohaTechs guarantees Customer Satisfaction and stands behind all products and services we offer. Our guarantee varies depending on the services performed or products purchased. AlohaTechs is committed to the satisfaction of all of our customers, and to constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide.
No Fix - No Charge
AlohaTechs has a firm policy where all systems that are brought to us that are unrepairable or not cost-efficient to repair, we do not charge the customer. Many times we get systems for repair which simply are not worth the cost to repair the system. In many of these cases, it makes more sense from an economical standpoint to purchase a new system.
Note: This does vary by system. Each system should be properly diagnosed to fully make this determination.
Computer Service Guarantee
AlohaTechs guarantees all system repairs for 14-days from the date service is completed. This guarantee only covers the actual parts or components which were serviced on the system and does not cover any new or pre-existing issues.

Computer Hardware Guarantee
AlohaTechs provides a Warranty on every part we sell. Nearly every part we purchase comes with a minimum of a 1-year Warranty from the Manufacturer. We pass this warranty on to our Customers on each and every part we sell. AlohaTechs also offers Extended Warranties on many parts. This can be added on a part-by-part basis. Should a part you purchased from AlohaTechs fail during the warranty period (based on Our Invoice Date), we will work with the manufacturer to get the part replaced.
System Data: Our FIrst Priority
AlohaTechs realizes that most Systems hold personal or critical data. When each system is brought to us, we inquire with the Client about the system and the status of the data. If the Client indicates that there is critical data on the machine or that the Data needs to be backed up, we will perform this as an additional service. We make the Client aware of all services performed. AlohaTechs recommends each client get a data backup plan in place. We can assist with setting this up if this service is requested. Depending on the Services needed, performing additional Data Backup / Recovery Services could lead to additional Service Fees.
Privacy Policy
AlohaTechs respects your rights. We never sell, trade or transfer your personal information outside our company. We collect only basic information at the time you submit a service request. This information includes your name, address and phone number and email address. Your personal information is used solely by the AlohaTechs to fulfill your request for services, or to contact you regarding your repairs.
