To be completed properly and professionally, every web project requires a different process and web technologies which are implemented into the site. Any Web Development Company who tells you otherwise, is most likely not offering you the quality of site you are looking for. This is where AlohaTechs shines past the competition. Each project receives individual attention from the project estimate to the launch of the site and beyond. These steps may be modified for some projects. This is determined on a project by project basis depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Development Survey
When AlohaTechs is initially contacted regarding a new project, we ask that our Web Development Survey be filled out. This assists us in learning about the Client and their needs. Once we receive the survey back, we then create an estimate of cost to complete the project. The estimate includes suggestions by AlohaTechs as far as proper Technologies to be utilized for the project as well.
Project Agreement
Once the Project Estimate is completed and sent to the Client. AlohaTechs then comes to an agreement with the Client. The agreement will provide the client with the Estimated Cost, Estimated Completion Date and Description of Functionalities
of the project.
Client Provides Content
At this point, the Development Process has begun. Any domain names and SSL Certificates required for the Project are secured. Depending on the project and agreement made, usually, at this time, the client provides any content they have for the site. This content can be logos, images, sitemaps, keyword lists, text, videos, etc...
Please note that if AlohaTechs does not receive the proper content to complete the project, delays in the project completion date may occur.
Development Begins
AlohaTechs begins the development of the project. The project is uploaded to our testing servers during the development process. This enables the Client to view the progress of the project as it is completed. Also, this allows the Client's original Web Site to stay intact until the new project is ready to go live.
Approval Process
During the Development process, the client is given the opportunity to edit the layout and content of the site. Once the layout is complete, functionalities have been implemented, Keyword Markups, Content Integrated, Etc the site is ready to launch.
Project Launch
Once the project is completed and approved by the Client, any Hosting Plans are Created and the project is then uploaded live to the web. Once this is complete, depending on the agreement made by AlohaTechs and the Client, we may provide additional services such as SEO, Maintenance, Etc...
