Repair Process Explained:
15-Minute System Diagnostic:
AlohaTechs offers a Free, 15-Minute Diagnostic of your machine in our office. Often times, we are able to perform a diagnostic over the phone; if you are willing to troubleshoot the system with us. At times, an advanced Diagnostic must be performed which the system must be brought to our offices to perform this. When Advanced Diagnostics are required beyond the initial 15-minute period, we may charge a diagnostic fee, at our discretion.
Most times, within the 15-Minute Diagnostic period, we are able to provide a Diagnosis and Verbal Estimate of cost to Repair the System. At this time, you have the option how to proceed with the repair.
Bringing your System to AlohaTechs:
Bringing a System to us for Diagnostics or Repair is easy...
- Call AlohaTechs to Schedule Drop Off Time.
- Bring the Desktop Tower itself (No Cables).
- Bring any Disks which came with the system.
- Come to our Office at agreed upon time.
Please Note: There is no need to bring a monitor or any cables unless you think it is directly related to the issue or if needed as part of the repair. We already have multiple workstations setup with Monitors and Cables.
System Repair:
Once the System is Received and Services have been agreed on, we perform the Repair of the System. We provide and Estimate Completion Date with Each Estimate we give and do our best to meet this date. Many repairs are able to be completed in 48 hours or less!
System Delivery and Pickup:
Once the Repair is complete, we will Contact you. Depending on the services selected, we will either arrange to deliver the system to you; or arrange for you to pick the System up at our office. All payments are to be received at this time, unless other arrangements were made prior to the repair.
